Hey Reader!
It’s a new moon 🌑 tomorrow, and that means it’s time to set some intentions. So I thought I’d send along the worksheet I have clients use to do this at the start of their energetic rhythms cycles.
Here it is => Intention Setting Ritual.pdf
It’s got an outline to walk you through how to do your own intention-setting ceremony or ritual at the top, space to set intentions as well as some S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely) goals to use to help you move towards your intentions, then a place for you to write an affirmation that you can use to remind you of your intention throughout the month.
On the second page (I like to print these front-back), you got space to use towards the end of the cycle to reflect and jot down anything you want to remember for the next cycle.
I like to keep this sheet handy or visible throughout the cycle so I can refer back to it and be reminded of what I’m moving towards in life. Then I file them away and periodically pull them to to see how far I’ve come.
Setting intentions is the first step in the Energetic Rhythms Cycle and is the catalyst to creating focus so you can live in flow with your time and energy even when unexpected things come up. I’m going to shed more light on intention-setting later this week in the Health Harmony and Happiness with Cathy podcast as I kick of a 4-episode series on the 4 phases of the Energetic Rhythms Cycle.
You’ll learn
=> Why new moons are one of the ideal times to set intentions
=> How intention-setting aligns with your body’s rhythms or menstrual cycle
=> What intentions are vs. what they are NOT
=> How to know when to use the moon and when to use your body’s rhythms to set intentions
Until then, if you want to get a head start on your intention-setting, grab the little worksheet above to help you out.

Cheers,
Cathy
