Hi Reader –
Is that even a thing? Calm and peace during the holiday hustle and bustle?
In case you hadn’t noticed, living in flow during seasons of chaos is the main theme of the work we do around here. And we’re headed straight into one of the craziest seasons of the year. And yet, the whole reason we have this season is actually because of peace itself.
You with me?
Yet, I know, just as well as you, that that goal is really hard to maintain once all the demands start coming in for you to be in a bunch of different places and thinking of a bunch of different people.
It can be really hard to remember to also think of yourself. And I don’t mean in a selfish or self-centered way. I mean in the way that taking care of your own needs puts you in the right mindset so that you can be intentional about creating the kind of opportunities for you to feel how you actually want to feel during this season. So that you CAN give the other people in your life the best version of you.
Perhaps that means you’re energized about the holidays, yet calm?
Or maybe focused and present with whatever it is you’re doing instead of scattered and frantic so that you can indeed do all the things and enjoy them?
Whatever the feeling that you ideally want for yourself to experience during the holiday season, it absolutely is possible. You just have to give yourself the chance to create it. And one of the best ways I know how to do that is through yoga.
And you’re in luck because I’ve got a Candlelight Yoga class coming up right in the midst of the holiday cheer that can bring you to your place of intention for how you want to feel during the season.
Class is on Wednesday, December 21, and spots are filling up fast, so you’ll want to register sooner rather than later. I’ve now got 2 times open for class–5:30 & 7:00 PM. Click the link below to register.
If you’re already signed up, great! Everything you just read, you can look forward to because you’ve already set yourself up for to align with your intentions. 🎉 Woo hoo!
Decide now how you want to feel, then create the best possible outcome to meet that intention. You absolutely are important enough to pour back into yourself so that you can also pour into others.
XOXO,
Cathy
