Hey there Reader,

I’m going to make a generalization here for a moment–You probably don’t pay much attention to your breath on a daily basis. It’s just something that happens, and you may just be grateful that it’s one less thing you have to think about on the daily.

Am I right?

Well, your breath holds the profound ability to act as a mirror for your mental, emotional and energetic self. I’d even go as far as to say how you breathe is who you are as a person in any given moment.

It can tell the story of what version of you is showing up for the day, or the meeting, or the interaction with that customer service person behind the counter who is not fixing your problem the way you want to it be fixed, or even the recovery phase of your HIIT workout.

Your breath also has the ability change who you are in any given moment.

But, you’re not going to be able to do that unless you actually start paying a little attention to it. Awareness is the first step to anything, after all.

And once you begin to develop a relationship with your breath (I mean, it is the thing that has been with you the longest in life, why not get to know it a little, right?), you can use it to your advantage when you are in those stages of your energetic rhythms cycle that feel like you’re doing all you can to just survive and stay afloat.

You might even be feeling like this right now in the midst of all the holiday hustle and bustle.

So here’s the thing, I’ve got a great simple breath technique for you to use to calm that racing mind inside this week’s podcast episode.

I also give you a bit more insight into why your breath is so important to feeling your best and living in alignment with you rhythms.

So carve out a little time to listen to this episode, your spirit will thank you.

Until next week…

Helping you find the rhythms in all you do!

Cheers,

Cathy
