Hey there Reader,
The Winter Solstice is happening tomorrow, and do you know what that means?
You probably know it’s actually the day of the year with the shortest hours of daylight or the most darkness, but do you know what else it means?
That immediately the next day we start to receive more light each day!
Yaay! ⛅☀️
It also means that we enter into this space of hollowness. Since the Autumnal Equinox back in September, the focus has really been clearing out, harvesting, finishing things up to get us to this point of spaciousness.
Of darkness.
Of emptiness.
But out of emptiness, out of darkness, from a clean slate, we get the joy of dreaming.
Of imagining.
Of hoping.
Of creating.
Of bringing light to this world🕯️.
If you want to bring a intention to how you go about celebrating this shift, I’ve put together a little list for you of things you can do to celebrate and honor this transition in the rhythm of life. And I’m giving it just to you because you’re on my list and I want to thank you for being here. 💚
Here is your Winter Solstice Celebration of Rhythms Planner.pdf
You certainly don’t have to do all the things on the list, they’re simply ideas of things you can incorporate into your day.
I had fun putting this together, so I hope you have fun picking and choosing how you’ll celebrate! Even things for the kids to do on it. Enjoy!
May the coming days be filled with love and blessings for you as we await the celebration of the one true light, Jesus Christ.
Merry Christmas,
Cathy
P.S. Oh, and seriously, wash your sheets. Sheets and clothes tend to be places for stuck energy to reside.
