Hey Reader!

Happy March! I’m so glad you’re here, it really does mean a lot to me, so thank you!

You know what’s coming up in most places in the northern hemisphere?

🌈 Spring Break. 🌱

Yep, even if you’re kids (and maybe you too!) only have a few days off of school or work, it’s the time to start to feel and experience a shift in energy. One in which we start to perhaps feel like doing more things, connecting with others, and being outdoors.

But if we’re not careful, our time can easily fill up before we even have a chance to blink because of the desire to actually DO all the things that come to mind and that we want to do.

It can really be a challenge to stay grounded amidst the growing energy to begin to take action and make plans as we come out of winter hibernation.

Which means that sometimes even the priority time we give ourselves becomes something that’s happening to us rather than us being intentional with it.

So I want to invite you to a couple opportunities for you to place intention around grounding and connecting with yourself and even your kids as we make the shift into Spring over the next couple of weeks.

This coming week is the last week of the winter session of in studio classes, but there is still space to register, and I’d love to have you.

I’m also going to be offering a couple yoga + breathwork classes the week of Spring Break (March 11-15). These classes will be focused on the growing energy we have available to us and also invite the discussion and contemplation of how we might place intention around moving into the new season.

I hope that you’ll join us!

Here is the link to reserve your spot in any of the yoga + breathwork classes.

You know that time about mid-week of a school break when your kids have run out of things to do and have begun laying around on the couch using that phrase?

You know, the one that goes a little like this…

“I’m booooorrrrrrrrred.”

Yea, I thought so. (Wait, that might even come on the first day of break for some of you. (🤦‍♀️🙋‍♀️myself included here🤷‍♀️ ))

I have a love-hate relationship with that phrase, because I’m all about teaching my kids that boredom is good and healthy because it fosters creativity and imagination, yet I also really dislike hearing that phrase.

So, in hopes of staving off that phrase for part of your week and because I’m all about mindfulness…

and yoga…

and breathwork…

and creativity…

and and nurturing your inner child…

and celebrating the rhythms that life brings us through…

I thought it’d be fun to offer up some opportunities for you AND the kid(s) in your life to do just that.

Join me for some Spring Break Yoga Adventures as we celebrate the coming of Spring (just a few days after the break ends), get the “bored” energy moving in our bodies and share some fun and creativity to color the outdoors as we usher in the changing of the seasons.

I would love to welcome even friends from a distance to make the trip to Knoxville to celebrate Spring with us!

P.S. No previous yoga experience necessary🙂

You can check out the events on my Facebook page Cairn Yoga & Wellness or you can check out the direct links to the events HERE.

I hope you’ll join us at one or more of these events.

Cheers,

Cathy
