#20: Your Attitude Creates Your Mindset, Chris Gordon
What you feed your mind is what you’ll believe. And approaching new things with curiosity allows for an open mindset that could change the trajectory of an idea that may not initially be working, as Chris Gordon, owner of a local CrossFit gym undergoing the re-branding process, discovered for himself with his own business model.
In this week’s episode Chris and I discuss how attitude truly is everything when it comes to mindset whether in the gym or yoga studio. We talk about intrinsic motivation and discipline, how they’re related and how they contribute to creating the mindset you cultivate.
Plus, find out the 2 biggest messages Chris teaches his students in regards to behavior change and mindset.
What do you think?
