#26: Tapping into Your Creative Self

Mar 4, 2020 | Blog, Podcast, Self-Care

Tuning into your creative self can help you enjoy life more and even be more productive.

Find out the 2 methods that you can easily implement into your life that can help you gain clarity on what you want in life and open yourself to receiving that which the universe puts in your life to help you reach your dreams.

About a year and a half ago I began working through The Artist’s Way, a 12-week program to recover my creative self.  Through the commitment to do this I was introduced to numerous tasks to helped me tune into my inner child and rediscover how freeing it can be to release the need for perfectionistic tendencies.  It helped me learn to “leap” and trust that the net would appear, giving me courage to do things that may not have done otherwise.  It also made me look hard at some of the things I put in my own way that keep me from being my most creative.

Working my way through this book/program allowed for more expansion in my life.  It reminded me to play more and simply enjoy life!  It’s a process, and I’m not always consistent with it, but that’s part of the beauty of accepting this process.
