The first step to getting to know your own energetic rhythms is to track them! Your body’s rhythms show you exactly when to rest and when to take action so you don’t have to overthink life and work.
How to use Tracker
- When: AM and/or PM
- How long: Ideally track for at least 3 months to get a snapshot of your rhythm
- Elements: Broken down by Physical, Mental, Emotional, Nutritional, Spiritual
