Christianity and manifestation can indeed go in the same sentence–it’s about allowing the positive flow of energy to create abundance, which essentially what prayer is all about.
Can Christianity and manifesting go in the same sentence?
I believe they can and that’s what today’s episode is all about.
Here’s what else you’ll learn in today’s episode:
- What manifesting is
- Why it’s OK to manifest even if you’re Christian
- The steps to manifest
- What manic manifesting is and why it won’t work for you.
In today’s episode I’m joined by Rachel Bayford, host of the Life: Reframed podcast, NLP coach and beautiful soul. We sit down together today and challenge the idea that Christianity and manifesting can’t coexist harmoniously.
I consider manifesting to be a concept that’s intricately woven with positive energy, an optimistic outlook, and the invitation for goodness in our lives, not that it means we ourselves can create something from nothing. We can, however, create the right mindset and heart to perceive the world differently so that we can step into our highest selves.
I believe that God is the Great Creator…of all. And with that, we can take the steps to live in a way that aligns with where we want to be in life, but ultimately it is up to God.
We can’t create anything from nothing, it is all God-given. And yet, there is a way of being or living in this world that also allows for us to create the mindset and open heart to connect with the goodness that the love of God has to offer.
Mark 11:24 states “Therefore, I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”
Believe and trust in the powerful energetic source available to us through Jesus Christ. Alignment with positivity is a path toward a more fulfilling life, one that underscores the importance of kindness and love in our interactions with others.
Rachel shares that regardless of religious backgrounds, manifesting is all about embracing a world of creative possibilities. It’s about having trust in our ability to shape our own reality. Manifesting is a channel through which we can connect with our inner guidance, what I often refer to as the voice of God dwelling within us. But to hear this inner voice, we must carve out moments of stillness amidst life’s chaos.
Rachel and I discuss how manifesting has nothing to do with witchcraft, but rather that the power lies in our intentions and approach, aligning with the positivity and light that resides within us.
Listen in as we share stories of our own experiences with manifesting align with the fact that faith and manifestation can beautifully complement each other, transcending religious boundaries.
Steps to manifesting:
- Get clear on what is is you want, instead of what you don’t want. And open to receiving.
- Feel it before you can visualize it.
- Trust that a higher power or energy is at work.
- Surrender to the divine right order
- Remember that we can’t control everything.
- Be truly grateful for what you currently have…feel it and act like what you want already exist.
Quick Reference Steps to Manifest:
- Let go
- Be grateful
