A year-long journey to resilience, rhythm & reconnection
Resilience Begins in Rhythm
Our Rhythms Retreats Series offers four seasonal mini retreats designed to help your body remember what safety and calm feel like through movement, breath, and community.
Why Resilience Begins in Rhythm
Your body was made for rhythm. Just like the seasons shift from rest to growth to fullness to release, your nervous system is designed to cycle between activation and recovery.
But modern life pulls us out of those patterns, and when we ignore our natural ebb and flow, the nervous system gets stuck in vigilance, depletion, or overwhelm.
Living in rhythm isn’t just poetic. It’s physiological.
When you align your inner rhythm with nature’s seasonal rhythm, you teach your body how to:
- Regulate energy more naturally
- Recover before burnout
- Feel grounded instead of rushed
- Trust your own timing again
Each Rhythms Retreat is a guided practice in remembering what safety, calm, and resilience feel like… and giving your body a predictable cycle it can rely on.
They’re an intentional pause to res{e}t and reconnect with your own rhythm and the rhythm of the world around you.
Rhythm creates resilience.
Repetition makes it real.

Solstice Celebration of Rhythms Retreat — June 20, 2026
🔥Summer Fire: Kindling & Connecting with Your Sacred Rage
Summer carries a fire energy… and so do you.
This is an invitation to stop ignoring or managing that fire and start letting it move through you.
In this retreat, we’ll journey through the season of the solstice together — opening in community, moving through somatic and active practices outdoors and building to the heart of the work: Sacred Rage.
You’ve already begun to emerge.
You felt what was possible when you slowed down, listened inward, and trusted what was already within you.
Now it’s time to meet the fire.
The anger you’ve tucked away. The resistance you’ve called a personality trait. The masks you’ve worn so long you forgot they were masks.
Because underneath all of it isn’t a problem to fix, it’s fuel. And it’s yours.
What to expect:
- 🍫 Cacao ceremony to open the container and arrive together
- 🌳 Somatic and active movement practices outdoors
- 🔥 Teaching and embodied exploration of Sacred Rage
- 🎭 Mask work: uncovering what you show the world and what lives underneath
- 💥 A ritual release… breaking open what no longer serves you
- 🌕 Small group witnessing and heart-centered connection
- ✨ Closing anointing ceremony and fire pit gathering
What’s left is yours to keep… including a piece of your own gold.

Why committing to the full year works
Resilience isn’t built in one moment. It’s built through continually facing stress and reconnecting with yourself amidst it… practicing through repetition how you want it to respond in chaos.
By returning to rhythm at consistent points throughout the year, your nervous system learns to settle faster, respond with more steadiness, and recover more fully when life gets chaotic.
Each retreat builds on the last. You stop starting over, create a habit around spiritual self-growth and care, and learn to trust your own rhythm instead of the pace the world sets for you.
You end the year feeling integrated – not depleted.
Why one retreat may be the right fit
Sometimes what’s needed most is a single, well-timed pause.
Choosing one seasonal retreat allows you to meet yourself exactly where you are — without committing beyond what feels supportive right now.
This option is ideal if you’re new to this work, navigating a full season of life, or want to experience a retreat before deciding on a longer rhythm.
You can always add another season later.
“When you take time for yourself, it’s rewarding in ways you don’t expect.
This is a place where you can experience things in your own way without judgment.
Movement, breathing, reflection, and community all come together to help calm your body and mind.”
~ Leah
