Hey Reader,

It’s that time of year again…the time when your busy-body nature starts to amp up. 😬

You start to live on even more adrenaline (and perhaps coffee) than you already live on. ☕️

But there’s just so much to do that it’s often hard to hear yourself think, let alone find stillness amidst it.

I know. I see you. And I feel it too.

It’s honestly one of the reasons I created my signature program Res{e}t to Reconnect.

I hate feeling the anxiousness that comes with the holidays. 🥹

Don’t get me wrong, I love doing all the preparations like wrapping gifts, baking cookies, decorating, even finding just the right gift for people.

But I hate the heaviness of all the extra that can come along with it. You know…

😟The frenzied feeling inside.

😟The pressure to get everything done.

😟The worry of remembering everything on top of the things you have to regularly remember.

What if you didn’t have to feel that jumpy energy inside of you that keeps you going even when you want to sit down and rest?

What might that be like?

If you could actually do all the things you truly want to do at the holidays without the “should monster” joining you, all while feeling centered, calm and connected?

It’s possible.🙂

You see, your nervous system sees all the extra physical things that “have” to be done and gets scared because it’s out of the ordinary. It doesn’t feel safe.

👉So it’s your job to help it feel safe. 👈

Every day, to help it feel safe. Even in scary situations… like the unknowns that come along with holidays.

So as we head into the last 4 weeks of the year, remind yourself to just keep helping your nervous system feel safe.💚

Cheers,

Cathy
