Hey Reader,

The unofficial start of summer is just about here, bringing with it long days, warm weather, and the perfect opportunity to embrace some well-deserved self-care. As the season changes, it’s the ideal time to make a plan for your self-care so you can breathe easy and increase your tolerance of dealing with the unexpected that life throws at you.

I understand how hectic the summer schedule can be trying to balance the spaciousness and lack of routine that might lie ahead of you if you’ve got kids out of school (like I do), along with the abundance of options for social outings, summer sporting events, and perhaps travel on your calendar, making it hard to feel in control of your own time. Often, giving yourself the time and space you need becomes a challenge, overshadowed by these other demands or simply left out because you want to just play and rightfully so don’t want to try so hard to remain disciplined in your wellness pursuits.

I get it… 🙋‍♀️been there, and still return there at times. That’s why this thing called yoga or mindful living is a practice.

There’s an ebb and flow to it just like so many other things in life.

For instance, there might be times in your life when you feel drawn to a certain movement practice, like lifting or running, and others when your more inclined to practice yoga with your favorite YouTube sensation. (For me, practicing yoga is for my mental and energetic health, so it’s a daily non-negotiable in my life.)

But for you, perhaps practicing yoga isn’t as crucial to your mental health, yet you still notice that when you practice it, you feel different afterwards. Let’s be honest though, practicing yoga indoors, in front of a device, might feel disconnected and uninspiring when the sun and warm weather is beckoning you outdoors.

And let’s face it, you deserve more than that.

This is why I’m excited to invite you to our Yoga in the Park Summer Series. It gives you the space to break free from distractions at home, connect with nature, and rejuvenate your spirit, allowing you to enter the weekend with greater ease in body and mind.

So today, give yourself permission to be intentional about creating a plan and the space to reconnect with yourself over the summer. You do plenty of connecting with others; this is your time, your time for change.

Your time for committing to yourself and creating the container to do so.

And I want to be able to help you do it.

So for just today and tomorrow, my gift to you is the Yoga in the Park Summer Series Class Pass, so you can have dedicated time and space for taking care of yourself this summer while also taking care of all the other things and enter each weekend with a calm presence.
