You’ve heard me talk about setting intentions as a key step in being able to flow with life, but what does that actually look like and why does it even matter?
You can hang a “blessed” sign in your house, but it takes work to actually embody that one little word.
Playing it safe means you aren’t finding that edge in life that makes you the best version of yourself. But if adding one more thing to your list to take action on or try harder at seems overwhelming, rest assured, finding your edge doesn’t always mean you have to do more.
Turning away from yourself in the midst of chaos, even after years of practicing intentional living happens…and it’s sometimes just easier to do when you feel like you’re in survival mode.
