Hi Reader,

You’ve probably heard people talk about breath work like it’s some game-changing practice. But what’s the big deal?

Maybe you’ve even tried a few guided sessions on Insight Timer or YouTube, but staying consistent is tough. It’s one of those things you intend to do, but somehow, other priorities take over.

After all, everyone breathes, it couldn’t possibly be that simple – that the act of breathing can actually do much more for you, like make it easier to find calm when something’s stressful, than what it already does everyday by just keeping you alive, right?

Wrong. 👎

You’ve been curious because breath work seems to be the latest trendy healing modality. You’ve heard it can calm you when you’re stressed or energize you when you’re drained, but figuring out where to start can be overwhelming. It feels hard to know if you’re doing it “right,” and without guidance, it’s tricky to relax into the process—especially when new or unexpected sensations arise.

The truth is, breath work is more than just a way to calm down. It’s a tool to help you stay grounded in life’s chaos. It teaches you to recognize and move through difficult emotions instead of suppressing them, restoring balance in both mind and body.

On your own, it can feel overwhelming—especially since intentional breathing can stir up emotions we’ve buried for too long. That’s why having support is so valuable.

This is where my Breathing for Health Harmony and Happiness Class comes in. We meet weekly virtually for no more than 30 minutes on Thursday mornings (8:30 AM CT). If you can’t attend live, the audio recording will be sent out to you within 24 hours for you to have lifetime access to.

This class is short and sweet and allows you to:

  • Ask questions you might have about breath work.
  • Experience a variety of techniques (over time) that support your nervous system’s health – calming, uplifting and balancing
  • Start your day feeling centered, focused and alive.

If you’re ready to explore what an intentional breath work practice might do for you, hit reply or send me a DM on Facebook. Let’s chat about how the Breathing for Health Harmony and Happiness class can support you.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Cheers,
