Hey there Reader!

A few weeks ago I was typing at my computer and had the thought (it merely passed through my head fleetingly) that I really need to get a Bluetooth or wireless keyboard so I could just move my keyboard down to my lap and type–easier on my shoulders since my computer is up at eye level.

And here’s what happened…

Not even two days later, my friend messages me and says something like, “Hey, this is a really strange question, but I have an extra brand new Bluetooth keyboard that don’t need because it turns out my son already gets one with his iPad for school this year. Do you have any use for a Bluetooth keyboard?”

Of course I said, “Oddly enough, yes, I do have a need for one!”.

And just like that, the next day I had a keyboard without even having to do all the work to research, overthink (as I often do), stew on and eventually decide which purchase to make.

The keyboard is what I wanted, she took all the work out of it for me, and I got to reap the benefits. The mere thought had just gone through my head.

I hadn’t expressed to anyone else other than myself and hadn’t ever really thought about getting a wireless keyboard until, for whatever reason, I thought… “it would really be nice to have a wireless keyboard.”

Then one appeared.

It’s really a beautiful thing.

That’s just a small example of asking the universe to provide and being open to receive. I also had the belief somewhere in me, that it was totally possible for me to get that keyboard, I just hadn’t done any of the work to make it happen yet. And still, God provided.

Sometimes it’s those quick, little wins we need in life to help us keep faith that we are on the right track.

My guest this week on the podcast, Rachel Bayford, and I agree, “thoughts become things.” And that’s all manifesting is… the thought is there and it has the potential to grow into something real.

Positive or negative.

So use caution when your inner critic or inner protector start talking because they might just create that in your life.

Of course, the things we want don’t always happen, but we also have to be open to seeing the little things that might be building up to the big actual thing we want. And that’s one of the key ingredients to manifesting–being open.

But there are also some other elements that make manifesting in your life more likely…find out what they are in this week’s episode.
