Hey Reader,

Winter is all about turning inward, replenishing yourself, restoring your energy and nurturing your soul and spirit. ❄️

And I know, it’s sometimes hard to leave your warm, cozy home to go out and about when it’s cold outside.

But sometimes the best work we do on ourselves is actually the work that’s done when in community of others. You see, community helps draw out insights and wisdom that we may otherwise not be able to come up with on our own.

A teacher or a guide can prompt understanding through apropos questions.

Peers can draw out thought-provoking wisdom during side conversation or by simply sharing their energy.

And you don’t have to be alone on your journey.

The definition of “yoga” is unity…

Yoke.

Union.

It’s about honoring the unique connection of mind, body and spirit and practicing living with them as one.

Not separate as we often treat them.

I like to also think that the unity we get through practicing yoga can be in the form of the energy we give to and receive from others when practicing in community.

I love that I’m back to teaching classes, because it truly fills me up and makes my day each and every time I get to inspire others to look within.

So I want to make sure you know that the invitation is still open for you to join us in this winter session of yoga + breathwork classes.

The studio can indeed be just as cozy and inviting as your home, and I know the other students coming to class will lift you up just as much as I aim to.

If your New Year’s resolution has come and gone, and you’re ready to receive some support and love from others on the same journey as you, how about considering signing up for the last 5 weeks of classes at the studio?

Class times are:

Mondays, 5:30-6:30/45 PM

Tuesdays, 9:00-10:00/15 AM

Wednesdays (virtual breathwork), 1:00-1:30 PM

Thursdays, 5:45-6:45 AM

Saturdays, (2.3, 2.17, 2.24), 9:00-10:00 AM

You can register for individual classes or class packages here.

This is a perfect month to start giving back to yourself… it is the month of love, after all. ❤️

Cheers to showing love to yourself and taking the time to replenish.

XO,

Cathy
