Hi Reader!
What does “done” look like? Sometimes we dive into projects with a vision of what we want the finished project to look like, yet end up perpetually putting off actually finishing it because it’s just “not quite right.”
Or perhaps because life gets in the way and our focus has to shift for a period of time.
Or even still, perhaps that project sits unfinished because we don’t actually ever define what “done” is.
The vision is is beautiful, yet what is the thing about the project that would define it as “done”? Even it “done” means it’s simply a first draft or round of something. When you define “done,” even for a particular stage of a project, you give your brain something specific to focus on so that you can actually celebrate the completion of something.
The 4th Phase of the Energetic Rhythms Cycle tells you to do just that…and then some. It’s all about wrapping up and celebrating! 🥳
And it’s what the final episode in the Health Harmony and Happiness with Cathy podcast series about learning and using your Energetic Rhythms phases is all about this week.
Check it out here=>
Before you can celebrate though, you have to wrap up. And in order to do that, you have to define what “done” actually looks like.
Sometimes this is simple, other times it’s not.
Over the past 4 weeks I’ve walked you through each phase of your Energetic Rhythms. I’ve given you nuggets of how to implement them and an awareness of what challenges might arise in each phase. Now it’s up to you to begin to implement, and to help you keep going with this, I want to invite you to jump on a 20 minute call with me to dial in what it might look like to use your rhythms specifically in your life.
So when you’re ready, reply back to this email and let’s schedule a time to chat.

You absolutely deserve to live in flow with your time, energy and focus, and using your rhythms is the key to helping you get there.
Until next week…
Helping you find the rhythms in all you do!
